Job Description

Müller Milk & Ingredients aims to be the partner of choice for its customers and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country

Müller Yogurt & Desserts is the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its customers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice and FRijj and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Role Details

You are likely to be involved in and work on:

  • Support the Total Reward team and Human Resource Teams with research and analysis as required to deliver projects
  • Produce key stats, data-views and reports within prescribed time limits
  • Support the Total Reward team in completing annual surveys and compliance requirements to ensure timely completion and return
  • Work with the Total Reward team to develop dashboards and internal comms processes and tools that are effective, attractive and current
  • Work with the Total Reward team to develop means of profiling the market and potential talent with the aim of becoming ‘Employer of Choice’
  • Data collation, review and modelling to support annual pay and benefits cycles, ensuring processes are followed, interfaces and activity splits are observed
  • Building knowledge of working with and manipulating data sets
  • Building strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be introduced to discussing sometimes often complex data and translating it into simpler format for the wider business
  • A group project with all other placement students

Who Should Apply?

Applicants must be in their second year of study working towards a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above).

Key skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Structured and enjoys attention to detail
  • Enjoys working with a variety of data
  • Ability to work in a small specialist team, but willing to contribute to wider project teams with the right support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and database management at an advanced level
  • Attitude for analysing information, drawing out insight, conclusions and establishing recommendations
  • Basic understanding of requirements for handling potentially sensitive information
  • Comfortable working as part of a team

You must hold a full UK driver’s license as some travel is required with these roles and have full unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
