You will rotate through different teams within DevOps called 'squads', allowing you to work on the things you find the most interesting in the business. The purpose of the apprentice position is to develop your skills over time until you are able to move into an experienced Junior Development Operations Engineer (known internally as Junior DevOps Engineer). As an apprentice you will receive guidance and support from your manager and team to eventually become independent in your role.

To be successful in this role, you do not need any formal qualifications or experience.
