How will my answers be used in the application process?
As part of our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we ask candidates about their background, including if they received free school meals, their parents' qualifications, and the type of schooling they attended, which we refer to as 'diversity data'. This helps us understand the varied experiences of our applicants and identify any potential barriers to equal opportunity. This information is used only to promote fairness in our hiring process and will not affect your application. You may also choose not to answer these questions. Only answers given on the downloadable compulsory application form will be used to assess your suitability for the role you applied for.
