Nuturing Talent

“Nurturing Talent is probably the most important of all our strategic priorities [within our Responsible SEGRO framework), because it is about supporting and developing all of us to be at our best. That means building high-performing teams and delivering a great employee experience, developing our professional and personal skills for the future, continuing to focus on our wellbeing, and creating a culture and company that is inclusive and diverse. We want SEGRO to be the best property company to work for.”
