Hiring Process
There will be four stages to the hiring process:
Online application
- Firstly, you’ll need to complete an online application form. It only takes 30 seconds to register your interest and we’ll support you throughout the full application process.
Telephone interview
- The following stage is a telephone interview which will consist of motivational and competency based questions. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your strengths, achievements and experiences through the examples that you provide.
Technical testing interview
- If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to complete a technical test.
Final stage interview
- The final stage of the process will be an invitation to a final stage interview conducted in person. The interview will include motivational, competency and technical based questions to ascertain your suitability to Ruffer and the programme.
