What is the role?
- Müller is offering an exciting roles in Sustainability or Transformation.
- Join Müller for an exciting 13-month placement where you’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of new projects within our operations.
- This role will develop a student’s skills and appreciation of sustainability within the FMCG industry and will be a great steppingstone for future careers.
- Within this role students will gain an understanding into the importance of transformation and developing skills required for effective project management.

Who is best suited to the role?
- Project Coordination: Support and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operational Oversight: Help manage day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, quality, food safety, operability, maintenance, and team wellbeing are prioritised.
- Students will need problem solving skills to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.
- Degree background: We recommend that applicants are working towards a relevant Sustainability or environmental-based degree, STEM background or equivalent qualification (2:2 or above).
Job requirements
- You must have a full right to work in the UK.
- You must have a full valid UK Driving License and have been driving for a minimum of a year.
- You must be working towards a 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant degree background.
- Müller are seeking students in the second year of your degree due to undertake a sandwich/placement year (graduating in 2028). We are also open to those completing an integrated Master's and due to graduate in 2029.
- Knowledge of excel and other MS Office applications is also valuable for this role.
