Application Timeline:

Applications open in September 2025 and close on the 30th of November 2025.

Stage 1:

Online application and CV submission (applications open September 2025). You will then be sent a full PDF job description for all roles available. Please note down your role preferences as this will be asked at interview stage.

Stage 2:

Pre-recorded video Interview.

Stage 3:

Face-to-face online Interview.

Stage 4:

Virtual/In-person Assessment Centres, taking place from December 2025 through to February 2026 depending on the role applied for.

Stage 5:

Offers and contract process.

When is the final stage of the process?
- The final stage assessment centres will take place between December 2025 to February 2026, depending on which role you have applied for. We will inform you of the planned date for your roles of interest so that you can save the date.
How can I ask for special adjustments?
- Yes, please email your special adjustments to pella.argiriov@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk so that we can accommodate any requirements, by disclosing this information, you will in no way impact your application. You can submit requests for special adjustments and every step in the application process.
Does Müller offer relocation support?
- Sanctuary Graduates can support and guide you through the process, helping you to feel settled and secure in your location when beginning your placement.
- Müller will provide recommendations on what areas to relocate as well as the best estate agents to use.
How quickly will I get an update on my application?
- You can expect to hear back from one of our consultants within 2 weeks of applying.
What are the growth opportunities and advancement paths within the company?
- In regards to growth opportunities, Müller offers a variety of e-learning where you can assign yourself courses grow yourself and improve your soft skills that you will need to develop, such as communication skill and interview skills. We also offer development day for all interns to get together and take part in workshops to help improve their skills. Specific topics, presentation skills, networking etc.

Will Müller consider candidates who require visa sponsorship?
- Unfortunately, you must have a full right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role, we cannot consider candidates with visas at this current time.
I am in the process of obtaining my Driving License, am I eligible to apply?
- You must have a full UK driving license that has been valid for a minimum of a year.
I am in my first year of study, am I eligible to apply?
- You must be in your second year of study and due to undertake a placement/sandwich year as part of your degree. This means that you must be graduating in 2027 after completing your placement. We are also open to those completing an integrated Master's due to graduate in 2028.
