Application Process and Recruitment Timeline
Application Timeline:
Stage 1 - Online Application:

Stage 2 - Pre-recorded Video Interview:
Stage 3 - Microsoft Teams Interview:
- The next stage is a MS Teams interview that will consist of motivational and competency-based questions. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your strengths, achievements and experiences through the examples that you provide.
Stage 4 - Assessment Centre:
- The assessment centres will take place virtually on Tuesday 24th February 2026 and Thursday 26th February 2026 Please note, you’ll be asked for your availability at the MS Teams interview stage.
Stage 5 - Final Interview:

We anticipate the final stage of the process will take place in March 2026.
- What if I don't meet the academic requirements for Persimmon Homes graduate opportunities?
If you are not on track to meet the academic level and have reasonable mitigating circumstances, please contact pella.argiriov@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk before applying.
- What should I expect during the application process, and what support will be provided?
Once your initial application has been reviewed, if you are eligible, you will be invited to submit a pre-recorded video interview. In the invitation, you will receive details of how best to use the platform, trial submissions and best practice tips. Following on from the pre-recorded video interview, if successful you will be invited to a Microsoft Teams interview. If you are shortlisted and then selected to attend the assessment centre and final-stage interview, you will be invited to a preparation call detailing top tips and what to expect.
- How can I ask for reasonable adjustments?

- Will Persimmon consider candidates who require visa sponsorship?
For our graduate opportunities you must have the right to work in the UK. VISA sponsorship is not offered.
- Does Persimmon Homes offer relocation support?
Financial support for relocation is not available, so please make sure to review the location of the opportunity you are applying for.
- What happens at the end of the two-year programme?
Graduates join Persimmon on a permanent contract from the start. Following the end of the rotational programme, we will work closely with you to identify a role that aligns with your skills and interests, while also reflecting the opportunities available at the time.
